Not Just PCs

Just a quick note on what projects I'm working on in case anyone has questions...or maybe i will.

Finishing up an Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007 upgrade...all in all it has gone pretty smooth. I'm also in a training class for System Center Configuration Manager 2007 - http://www.microsoft.com/systemcenter/configurationmanager/en/us/default.aspx - Fun Stuff. Did the upgrade a few months ago from SMS 2003. After the class i realize i have some clean up to do...

that's about it for now...

Stop Paying to Have Your PC Cleaned

Are you tired of paying $80-$150 dollars to have your PC cleaned of viruses, spyware, and malware?

Has your pc been infected with the facebook virus, the 2008/2009 virus or some other trojan or virus?

Are you paying for an antivirus like Norton or McAfee? Are you paying for an anti-spyware/malware program?

Well Stop!

I've been in the PC repair/system administration business for 11 years now. After moonlighting at a repair shop where the cost is $140 for repair/cleaning of a PC (and I only receive a small portion of this). I decided to share my (proven) cleaning procedure that I use to clean 98% of all infected PCs. The best thing about this procedure is that it is pretty simple and everything is completely FREE.

All I ask is if you follow this procedure and it works please consider a donation $1, $5 what ever you feel this information was worth.

Tools you will need:
crap cleaner (optional - this will speed up the entire process)
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware
SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition (there is a pay version but the free version works great)
AVG Free

Let me stress this all of these tools are free DO NOT PAY FOR THEM if you do it is not the correct program.

The Procedure:
1.
Download and install all 4 apps (yes, even if you have an antivirus or antispyware program installed)
2. run ccleaner - this will clean up your temp files, temporary internet files, cookies which speeds up the anti virus/spyware scanning
3. run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. Once the scan is completed reboot the pc.
4. run SUPERAntiSpyware, again reboot once completed
5. now perform a complete AVG virus scan
6. Finally open internet explorer, go to tool and and choose windows updates (dollow the on screen instructions) and choose the express button. Reboot your pc if prompted to. Once your computer reboots go back into internet explorer and run windows updates again. Continue running the updates until there are no more.

Please post any questions you have.
